Qualifications
- Must possess a High School diploma and/ or GED
- Should have prior automotive experience, demonstrate basic parts knowledge and have some retail experience.
- Must be well mannered, neat in appearance and posses the ability to meet and deal with the public in an unbiased manner.
- Must submit to pre-employment drug testing (November 1, 1994) in accordance with the appropriate state provisions.
Major Responsibilities
- Must complete all required training manuals/ materials.
- Must attend all scheduled/ required Company meetings.
- Must be familiar with all categories of merchandise, core policy, warranties, and Company services offered.
- Should effectively suggest related merchandise.
- Must consistently assist customers in a professional, courteous, and prompt manner.
- Must meet or exceed all assigned sales goals or quotas.
- Must perform assigned store duties that include, but not limited to: Stocking, cleaning, sales, customer service, truck loading/ unloading, inventory management, etc.
- Must perform such other duties as assigned by Store Management.
- Should have working knowledge of battery tester/ charger, electrical tester, electric impact wrench and basic computer/ catalog skills.
