Answers customer telephone orders in an efficient manner. Checks prices and parts availability upon request from customers.

Performs accounting duties consisting such as credit entry, order entry, factory billings, and direct billing for shipments from other company locations.

Researches inquiries and handles customer issues as needed.

Documents over/shorts claims for research and resolution.

Notifies customers regarding order fill discrepancies on “must have orders”.

Re-keys “unknown orders”, identifying customer name, address and any other information necessary for proper billing and shipping.
