SUMMARY This position will provide administrative support to the General Manager and Human Resource Department. Will also act as receptionist.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Provide administrative support for the General Manager and department managers.
Handle all administrative General Manager and Human Resource issues with respect for confidentiality.
Compile data and prepare reports as directed by General Manager.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences and events.
Coordinate, compile, execute and maintain information related to supply requisition and supply inventory.
Maintain/Distribute monthly meetingevent calendar and coordinate company events.
Meet and greet visitors and applicants.
Assign visitor badges, administer applications and assessment tests.
Handle all incoming calls promptly and in a professional manner.
Process employment applications and assist in other employment activities.
Assist with maintaining new hire orientation packages.
Maintain and update shift schedule document.
Serve as payroll backup.
Take meeting minutes as needed.
Support staff in assigned project work.
Design and produce in-house flyers and brochures.
English/Spanish translation as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
Knowledge of Windows, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook required Knowledge of Kronos, HighJump and PeopleSoft preferred
Flexible to work in various shifts, departments and locations as required (overtime, weekends and holidays worked as necessary).

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent training andor experience 12 to 24 months related experience and/or training
