Advance Auto Parts, a leader in the automotive aftermarket, currently has an opening for an Email Coordinator in our corporate Office Headquarters office located in Raleigh, NC.  The Email Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the setup, testing and launching of all email campaigns. The position also assists in completing email Creative Briefs with strategic direction from email marketing managers and tracking down assets and other product details.  This position is responsible for managing email project revision forms and change orders as needed for assigned CRM projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Coordinate team efforts around email execution including ensuring completion of email briefs and campaign request forms within established email process and schedule.
  • Maintain email campaign schedule and set up campaigns to ensure logic, design, copy and links are correct.
  • Lead the kickoff of email briefs, provide direction and feedback during production process, and finalize deployment into market.
  • Perform email link testing for all email campaigns, and ensure emails are completed successfully, checking notifications and documenting any abnormalities
  • Coordinate and attend weekly campaign production and strategic meetings and assist in addressing issues and tracking down details as needed.
  • Other duties related to CRM and email marketing as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent work or educational experience required.
  • 1-3 years of digital marketing experience
  • 2+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in digital or affiliate marketing.  Experience in a retail marketing environment preferred.
  • Superb organizational skills; ability to successfully and simultaneously manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communication skills; enjoys working in cooperation with many different internal teams
  • Working knowledge of HTML, email marketing, social media, web analytics.  Experience with/ability to write HTML a big plus.
  • Intellectual curiosity, enjoys learning new things, solving problems, and accepts new challenges readily


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
