The Finance Compliance Senior Manager will be responsible for the documentation, testing and analysis of Sarbanes-Oxley controls for both Business Process and IT.  The Senior Manager will be the lead between the IT SOX Compliance Manager and the Finance Compliance Manager and will oversee the successful execution of the Sarbanes-Oxley requirements for the Company.  In addition, the Senior Manager will oversee and assist the Accounting function with any other compliance matters that arise including (but not limited to): 302 and 404 assertions and fraud risk assessments

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Finance Compliance Senior Manager will:

  • Facilitate the execution and reporting of SOX 404 on an annual basis.
  • Support the automation of the SOX control process into ServiceNow.
  • Manage the SOX PMO
  • Provide status reporting to the Chief Audit Officer for board reporting as well as bi weekly status reporting to the CFO and CTO.
  • Collaborate with the business teams to map existing controls into the Oracle Cloud environment
  • Escalate issues to management where required
  • Support the Chief Audit Officer in rationalizing the controls as the Company implements Oracle.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • CPA preferred (not required)
  • Existing experience in managing and executing a SOX 404 attestation and assertion.
  • Ability to prepare board level status reports
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize deliverables.
  • Strong communication and relationship skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office skills including, but not limited Word and Excel

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

7+ years of work experience and masters degree or CPA preferred

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will directly oversee one Finance Compliance Manager and indirectly one IT Compliance Manager
