Responsible for assisting in preparation, coordination, and documentation of financial analysis projects. Provides analytical support for forward-looking financial and business-related projects. Assists in the preparation of forecasts and analysis of trends in manufacturing, sales, finance, general business conditions, and other related areas. Assists in financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts. Education:

The Financial Planning & Analysis team is adding an additional position to help with the capital planning group.  With increased capital spending levels and improved attention to capital/cash planning, the capital planning team needs someone to join the team, learn our process and help with the various day-to-day as well as one-off activities to allow the team to make improvements and provide management with valuable insight.  


This position is for assisting in the budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and other ad hoc analysis related to capital project reporting, depreciation, and asset write-off tracking.  Some of the duties may include:

  • Prepare summaries and consolidate presentations for capital project approval process
  • Track capital spending by project; incudes updating actuals in forecast file, adding approved funds, adding new project line items, reconciling to project approvals, tracking ROIC & OI, etc.   
  • Analyze depreciation actuals, prepare forecast, assist in building  management reporting package.
  • Assist Sr. Finance Manager in other ad hoc analysis as needed.

Key abilities and requirements:

  • Proficient Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint user with experience with v-lookups, pivot tables, moderately complex formulas, presentation preparation, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or other related field
  • Skilled at time management and able to consistently meet deadlines
  • Working knowledge of basic accounting

  • Prior experience with capital not required
