Job Description

Essential Duties:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all HR related questions from Customer First Service Center (CFSC) leaders and teammates.
  • Partner with Sr. Director CFSC and supervisors, attend management meetings to address employee relations issues, conduct investigations when necessary, review and complete warnings when necessary.
  • Enforces all company policies
  • Partners with Recruiting and temp agency representatives to coordinate temp-to-perm teammate conversion, handles I-9 completion, assists teammates with payroll, time off, and benefit related questions
  • Support all core process and business partner responsibilities for the client group.
  • Completes special projects and additional duties as assigned.
  • Provide support to the Corporate HR team in HRIS System (Workday)

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor Degree in HR or related field.
  • Desire to grow in HR field
  • Attention to detail, able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills (verbal, written)
  • Able to communicate with all levels of teammates and managers.
  • 2-5 years HR experience in a generalist capacity.
  • Experience with hourly workforce
