 Why Advance?

Advance is a dynamic organization which is committed to its team members and its customers.  Our business is transforming and we have an opportunity to make a real difference in the way Internal Audit plays an integral part in that transformation.  We are driving change, using a top down, risk based approach to how we monitor, manage and measure risks in the company.  Due to the transactional nature of our business, IT is front and center.

We are committed to helping our team members meet their aspirational career goals through Internal Audit.  Whether you want to work more with our CISO, our CIO or get wrapped in the Supply Chain logistics, we will make it happen.  Internal Audit is being seen as the development center for future leaders and we plan to take full advantage of the momentum we have created.

Here are a few real reasons to join Advance Internal Audit:

  • We have the opportunity to create an IT Audit organization that is molded against best practices; we have not inherited a group that is doing audits by spreadsheets.  We are developing analytical capabilities, we are integrated into Cyber; we are helping with Change Management, we are NOT a SOX shop.
  • We have brought in a thought leader from Industry.  Our Chief Audit Executive has joined us from one of the Big 4 with 25 years of real world Internal Audit experience under her belt.  She has a passion for mentoring her team and is committed to the success of each team member.
  • We are flexible.  Our culture is one of flexibility.  We can work out a solution that fits your lifestyle and our needs.
  • Limited travel.  The job would only require 10% travel.  No more wasted time in airports, on trains or commuting.
  • Exposure to leadership.  Internal Audit is involved in the core of the business.  We have built credibility and our leaders seek out Internal Audit as a partner.

We are seeking a talented IT Staff Auditor to join our company.  You will join our IT Audit Team in developing the IT organization, executing audits against the plan, and will be integrated into the exciting transformation that is taking place.
