SUMMARY

Highly capable Learning Program Manager who can analyze and diagnose operational and performance issues and recommend training tools and solutions for corporate, supply chain and field audiences. Responsibilities will include end to end development and delivery of leadership and management skills training that lead to improved business results. Works in a cross-functional partnership environment to ensure high quality training that builds capabilities and help teams drive results.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Must possess experience creating and developing leadership Development and soft skills  content training content for different audiences( Individual contributors, managers and executives) 
  • Must have experience deploying a wide variety of training methods and technologies (WebEx, Live, micro learning, etc.)
  • Must be able to develop and deploy sustainment resources and tools to help participants apply what they learn during training
  • Must demonstrate strong facilitation capabilities to deliver face to face and WebEx Training
  • Must be able to monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
  • Must be able to maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
  • Must be able to collaborate with functional teams to understand their needs and deliver appropriate solutions             
  • Must be able to develop and follow processes and SOPs that enable a learning culture
  • Must have a strong interest in learning and employing new technologies (MOOCs, VR, chatbots, gamification)
  • Must have strong Leadership, communication and project management skills

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree; or 5 years work related experience; or Equivalent combination of education and experience. Background / certification in Human Performance Improvement processes preferred

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Professional certifications in HR, Training, or related fields a plus
