The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of B2B marketing promotions, communications, public relations, collateral, and trade advertising to meet sales goals for Worldpac and Autopart international. This leader is responsible for building the relationship with key supplier partners and collaborating to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive mutual success. They will also work with cross-functional teams across product development, IT and sales to build and execute effective multi-channel marketing campaigns for brand awareness, product promotions, key training offerings, product/brand launches, events and professional solutions. To be successful, this person will be a proactive leader and strategic thinker, able to prioritize projects, effectively communicate with varied levels within the organization, have a passion for customer centricity and be focused on delivering the best possible, measurable marketing outcomes.
This position is part of a Hybrid work arrangement based in Raleigh, NC. Remote opportunities are also available for candidates within the US.
RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following. Other duties may be assigned.)
Develop and implement marketing activities that will drive sales and loyalty in assigned channels
Drive the strategic direction of marketing campaigns and work with creative to develop multi-channel content
Build and maintain relationships with supplier partners, ensuring participation in Worldpac’s supplier marketing programs
Collaborate with supplier partners to develop effective promotions, track budget, reconcile rebates and supplier payments, and coordinate sweepstakes
Lead cross-functional meetings, often including senior leaders, and gain consensus on direction for marketing activities
Lead the development of the yearly trade advertising campaign, garner participation from external supplier partners, and coordinate creation of planned editorials.
Measure campaign success and ROI of marketing activities
Create and maintain the yearly promotional calendar and supplier campaign schedule
Manage the invoice process for collection of supplier campaign funding

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field and 4 - 6 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Possess a valid driver’s license and meet the company’s MVR requirements.
