The Marketing Senior Associate is responsible for leading supporting TechNet Program activities around the development of customer-facing assets and communication of relevant, product, program, promotional or branding information for our Professional teams and customers.  This position will partner closely with merchandising, creative, communications, operations, training and marketing teams. The marketing senior associate will support market specific activation and enterprise-wide marketing activation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Develop and manage integrated campaigns across print and digital marketing and advertising tactics.
  • Develop and lead communications internally and externally, leveraging all communications channels and omnichannel marketing tactics for the TechNet program.
  • Establish promotional programs that drive company and program objectives
  • Manage the TechNet email and Professional website content calendar and lead generation activity.
  • Manage and monitor social platforms, respond to questions, posts, and drive engagement.
  • Manage trade show calendar and activation plan to build brand awareness, acquire new customers, and drive engagement.
  • Work with the Program Manager, Product Marketing, Merchandising Team and Vendors to develop and execute marketing and promotional plans that meet and exceed strategic objectives; including but not limited to, increasing sales, awareness, brand positioning and customer loyalty, with timely and with accurate distribution.
  • Develop tools the field needs to properly communicate information on program elements to their customers.
  • Support the operational needs of TechNet.
  • Be the second line of support for Members as needed.

  • Highly proficient with MS Office software including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Social Studio a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, must be able to multi-task constantly throughout the work day
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate and influence at various levels within the organization

  • Four-year Bachelor’s Degree in marketing and/or communications
  • Two to four years direct customer engagement experience
  • One to four years of merchandising, sales, marketing, agency and operations experience
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Automotive aftermarket knowledge a plus
