SUMMARY

The primary purpose of this position is to drive Professional sales by supporting the Professional sales team and TechNet customers with operational structure, program knowledge, and exemplary customer service. This person will be the primary role responsible for the management of customer data and associated processes, PO and invoice processing, expense forecasting, second tier support for internal and external customers, and general administration. Other duties will be assigned as necessary. This position builds strong cross-functional and collaborative relationships with internal and external business partners to fully understand the intersection of various teams with the TechNet program and apply this to the operational support of the program. This team member will work closely with many departments including sales, eCommerce, marketing, training, finance, accounting, and others to ensure smooth execution and success of the program. This Team Member will also be responsible for external business partnerships to make sure we are meeting business needs in the most efficient and responsible way.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Daily administration and support of purchase orders, invoices, and forecasts
  • Budget tracking and reporting
  • Responsible for management of TechNet Member data and related processes including enrollments, cancellations, edits, and maintenance for the US and Canada operations
  • Provide membership related reporting support, including monitoring and reporting issues with automated reporting to vendors and internal teams
  • Act as primary second level Professional support for internal and external customers
  • Work cross functionally to maintain sales support materials as needed for the program
  • Support Enterprise team members with data, reporting and materials as needed for the program
  • Monitor and maintain marketing materials inventory
  • Maintain monthly billing files as needed
  • Gain and maintain a strong knowledge of program operations to provide second level support for internal and external customers
  • Contribute to department communications and PowerPoint decks
  • Lead meetings and presentations with field team and other departments to teach out and gain alignment on programs and support plan.
  • Exudes confidence in the ability to lead, direct and influence customers, team members and other leaders and often times serves as the single point of contact and project lead on meetings and events and in high-stress environments
  • Gathers inputs and directives from collaborative work groups to help build and develop programs that are effective and impactful
  • Participates in regular internal planning meetings to review status of the TechNet program and communicates new programs/issues
  • Track and update competitive benchmarking as it relates to other banner programs

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Four year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
