Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

•Review store inventories and create box order from vendors.

•Identify Non-Interchangeable Product

•Provide product support; working cross functionally with the CSC to ensure all support departments are aligned and meeting the changeover needs.

•Provide onsite assistance at the Changeover Project; overseeing process to ensuring a high-level Customer Experience

•Oversee reboxing processes, returned stock lift paperwork and all tracking and handling of competitive lift inventory

•Work Cross Functionally with IND team to reconcile all lifts and reboxing to ensure customer confidence in Changeover process

•Work cross functionally with the DC to ensure a seamless process in the return of product to vendors; stock lifts to vendors for RGA are completed and oversee upon receipt of vendor RGA, competitive merchandise is shipped to the vendor, and hard copies of each stock lift are returned to the DC for inclusion in the claim file

•Ensure an industry leading Customer Changeover Experience and assist in executing the field changeover process

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience and 1-3 years of related experience.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Required to have frequent interaction with internal and external contacts.  Works independently.
