The Program Manager, Store Operations & Real Estate will partner closely with the Senior Vice President and Store Operations & Real Estate Leadership Team to manage projects and develop communications to span the entire Store Operations and Real Estate organization. The ideal candidate has a proven background in communications, is a strong Program Manager and possesses excellent written, verbal and strong PowerPoint skills. In addition to communication skills, the Program Manager has ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced work environment and operate with a sense of urgency.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Tracks and stays up-to-date with organizational projects / initiatives, raises awareness of projects at risk and communicates implications of risks relative to internal projects.
  • Understands how different projects interlink and overlap.
  • Works closely with the internal Store Operations & Real Estate Leadership Team to develop communications focused on aligning and engaging colleagues across the organization around key priorities, programs, processes, initiatives and updates.
  • Produces clear, concise and compelling communications for varied audiences, using a wide range of media and vehicles, aligning to overall organizational strategy.
  • Develops PowerPoint slide presentations, including C-Level and Board presentations. This includes distilling the story to tell as well as actually building the PowerPoint presentation.
  • Utilizes critical thinking to troubleshoot and problem solve.
  • Develops consistent templates and updates to be distributed from the overall Store Operations & Real Estate organization to create a consistent organizational voice.
  • As a trusted advisor to leadership, as well as a strong partner to team members, drives the adoption of consistent messaging and processes.
  • Facilitates meetings at all levels, inclusive of ensuring pre-read materials are complete and distributed, facilitation of the meetings, documenting notes and action items and distributing meeting output to all attendees.
  • Creates a repository for templates, final PowerPoint presentations and reference files across the Store Operations & Real Estate organization.
  • Partners with Executive Leadership Team, internal Leadership Team and other key stakeholders to develop content for company meetings, events, etc., as well as supports the tactical aspects of such events.
  • Continuously evaluates the effectiveness and efficiency of communication processes and vehicles.

  • Proven experience handling multiple assignments and using strong prioritization skills, ability to work in high-expectation situations providing leadership and collaboration to deliver solutions
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Exceptional creativity and strong PowerPoint skills, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have the ability to tell a cohesive story through PowerPoint in a clear, visually compelling and concise manner
  • Strong ability to build relationships and influence at all levels
  • Clear and evident skills for collaboration and working in a high-functioning team environment
  • Superb writing skills with the ability to flex based on audience and topic
  • Strong analytical skill to troubleshoot issues and problem solve
  • Must possess a learning orientation
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, fluid and rapidly changing business environment with high degree of ambiguity
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly self-motivated, demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal direction, as well as the presence and poise to represent to senior management


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Consulting, Business Administration, or other related discipline or equivalent knowledge and experience required
  • 5+ years’ combined corporate/executive communications plus project management experience


  • PMP Certification, preferred
