The Position_______________________________________________________________________

This position provides change management leadership for core strategic projects to successfully advance Transformation and strategic initiatives for their functions.  The senior manager will oversee all Change Management activities for a project, implement the appropriate tools and processes that result in faster adoption, increase usage and proficiency of the changes. This role will be a key contributor to the development of the enterprise Change Management Program across the organization.  It will be required to partner with IT teams and Subject Matter Experts to understand the change management requirements, as well as work with cross-functional stakeholders to enable project success. The position is part of the corporate Strategy and Transformation team and reports to the Director, Strategy & Change Management.

Responsibilities______________________________________________________________________

  • Create and implement Change Management plans that maximize employee engagement and adoption through the development and implementation of change management tools and processes for strategic projects (i.e., stakeholder analysis, communication plan, feedback plan and employee engagement plans)
  • Facilitate and analyze initial assessments for strategy and planning, including stakeholder assessment, KPI development and organizational impact analysis
  • Build out Change Management action plan to address training, communications, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, sponsorship and support
  • Ensure compliance and adherence to the enterprise Change Management Strategy through the management of cross-functional linkages, activities, and communications in ways that support a cohesive employee workplace experience for all organizational change initiatives
  • Identify and engage with all key stakeholders and varying audiences that are relevant, with timely and easy-to-understand communications
  • Build and maintain effective foundational partnerships across the organization to develop holistic implementation plans for key initiatives (i.e. Learning & Development to ensure effective Training Strategy and training deliverables, HR/Business for organization/staffing, IT for Technology support)
  • Partner with IT and Business leaders to help them fulfill their role as change sponsors/leaders
  • Support the project Change Management plan by leading the delivery of formal training events, tools and processes
  • Manage and monitor change adoption (assess, review, remediate cycle) for the project

Requirements______________________________________________________________________

  • Bachelor’s Degree, with knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Five to ten years of combined experience in change management with strong knowledge and working experience with organizational design, PMO and business transformation
  • Prior project management experience with change management experience required
  • Proficient knowledge of communications strategy development with the ability to write and edit in a variety of styles that is clear, engaging and actionable
  • Advanced knowledge of software applications including Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
