Job Description


The Financial Analyst of Corporate FP&A is responsible for assisting with the development of companywide financial plans, forecast, and actual reviews.  This role will work to support the overall strategic and operating plans of the company by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data as well as forecasting business trends to develop insights and ultimately proactive measures to drive financial results.

The successful candidate will have a strong curiosity to better understand all aspects of the business and a desire to grow within the organization quickly.  That desire coupled with an analytical mindset and an ability to leverage technology to drive learnings and insights will enable the role to maximize is impact within the organization. 

This position is a rare opportunity for someone starting out with the desire to significantly accelerate their learnings and growth because of its position within the HQ Finance team as they will have exposure across the consolidated company as well as the broader finance leadership teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Help facilitate the company’s annual planning, monthly forecasts, and the consolidation of financial results

Manage team resources associated with planning processes (websites, calendars, & communications)

Work cross functionally to develop financial plans and forecasts

Helps drive business value & outcomes by providing financial and analytical support to facilitate decision-marking around strategic business initiatives

Facilitate the consolidation of companywide financial results and support across the finance teams

Develop and prepare presentation materials for the broader Finance Teams & company leadership

Knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles

Ability to quickly ramp on new finance technologies associated with planning, business intelligence, modeling, visualization, and machine automation

Ability to leverage technology to get at more information, more deeply, and more efficiently

Ability to define problems, collect data, perform analysis, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

Attention to quality, reconciliation, and accuracy are critical as the audience is often executive level staff and the decisions being made are significant in scope/impact

Ability and desire to work longer hours with the leadership team during financial close windows where we are collectively packaging the “story” for the management teams and external communities

Creativity and vision to recommend ways to evolve our infrastructure, process, and analytic capabilities


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related required (Advanced Degrees or cross specialization with a technical specialty (Comp Science, Mathematics, etc. is a plus); and

1-3+ years experience in a Finance field
