Job Description

This position is responsible for analyzing and reporting data in support of company store operations. Provides analyses on store operations (e.g. new store performance, sales analyses and customer experience). Identifies store sales opportunities and/or areas for increased performance.

Job Duties:

  • Document store SOPs, processes and system steps and release notes in various formatting options based on content.
  • Maintain store assessments.
  • Assist in creating communications for stores related to process documentation.
  • Consult cross functionally to advise project owners on current store processes and capabilities.


Experience: 

Microsoft Office proficiency is required. Adobe Creative Cloud (inDesign, Acrobat) is preferred. Advance or CARQUEST store experience preferred. Spanish bilingual skills highly desired.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relative work experience
