The Digital Product Owner, Catalog is focused on the customer experience of finding products in the various electronic catalog user interfaces at Advance Auto Parts. The Product Owner is responsible for engaging directly with field team members, professional customers, and retail customers to understand the customer journey of finding the right product within AAP sales channels, to determine metrics to measure the success of meeting the needs of that customer journey, and to develop and articulate a roadmap of improvements to the product lookup experience to better meet the needs of that journey. The Digital Product Owner then partners with catalog, point of sale, and ecommerce teams – both line of business and IT – to drive the development of that roadmap. The Digital Product Owner supports the Vice President of Customer Facing Systems and directly partners with the Director of Catalog, Director of Store Systems, and Director of Professional eCommerce on developing the omnichannel product lookup experience. The Digital Product Owner needs demonstrated ability in IT Product Management; strong communication, presentation, and financial skills; and embodies the cultural beliefs of Take Action, Be Accountable, and Speak Up.
