Job Description

WORLDPAC, a company of Advance, Auto Parts, is a leading importer and distributor of OE and quality aftermarket replacement parts that serves independent import and domestic service centers in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico.

We offer our General Warehouse Worker/DC Associate a starting wage of $18.75* In addition once you are trained and certified on powered equipment, you will receive a $1.00 increase. Shift differential is offered for 2nd and 3rd shift starting at $1.50+ Shift hours will be confirmed in interviews.

Requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)/Home School equivalency
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Being able to work on various shifts, as well as overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Basic math strategies: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals


Preferred Skills

• Having prior warehouse training or experience is preferred but not required



Primary Responsibilities
• Marks pallets with identifying store information
• Uses lift equipment as needed once training and certification are completed
• Pick and stage parts for store replenishment
• Uses a hand-held radio frequency device

• Uses the computer / RF to enter records

• Consistent, reliable attendance

• Other related duties as assigned
