The PMO team is seeking a high performing and motivated IT Project Manager who will be a key contributor in moving our product centric transformation agenda forward in B2C and B2B space !  Are you interested in joining us on this Journey, as we transform from project based organization to product centric organization?

A IT Project Manager I oversee a small project or phases of a larger project. They often serve as a buffer between the project manager and the rest of the team working on a given project. Responsible for all operational activities for a project, offers possible solutions, and escalates risks and issues to project manager's attention. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

•  Coordinates small-scale projects, actively participating in all phases of the project. 
•  Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project
•  Under supervision (where necessary), estimates costs, timescales and resource requirements for the successful completion to agreed terms of reference for each project they are responsible for
•  Prepares and maintains project plans and tracks activities against the plan, providing regular and accurate reports as appropriate
•  Monitors costs, timescales and resources used, and reviews actions where these deviate from agreed tolerances with line manager. Ensures that deliverables are implemented within these criteria
• Manages the change control procedure gaining agreement for revisions to the project from project stakeholders Identifies issues and problems with scope and progress of the project
•  May act as backup to project management staff as needed


• 3-5 years’ experience in Project management in a US India Matrix team environment
• Strong familiarity with MS excel and MS PowerPoint 
• Understanding or study of Project management and SDLC
• High levels of communication skills (verbal & written)
• Hand on experience in Project management tools

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in MS Project, Service Now ITBM, SharePoint, JIRA and Confluence
• PMI / Scrum certifications
• Understanding & application of Agile/ Lean/ 6σ principles
