Job Description

The PMO team is seeking a high performing and motivated Scrum Masters who will be a key contributor in moving our product centric transformation agenda forward in B2C and B2B space! A Scrum Master helps oversee the scrum and development team. They are knowledgeable in Agile methodology and scrum and able to educate others. They also act as a buffer between the scrum team and product owner and maintain a safe working environment for the team by helping with conflict resolution.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Works with the Product owner to align team with the product vision, sprint goals, and other necessary information
• Communicates organizational impediments to leadership; clears impediments for the team
• Ensuring the Product Owner knows how to arrange• the Product Backlog to maximize value and teach techniques for effective Product Backlog management
• Creates an environment of collaboration within the teams that allows for open dialogue and productive solutions for resolving conflicts
• Champions continuous improvement activities to reduce waste and increase productivity; coaches teams to conduct continuous improvement events
• Working with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of agile practices in the organization

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years Scrum Master experience in a US India Matrix team environment
• Scrum master certifications(CSM/PSM/CSP-SM/SAFe ScrumMaster)
• Hand on experience in Jira/ Rally/ Azure devops
• Coach employees and stakeholders understand and enact Scrum and empirical product development
• Significant experience and understanding of challenges with scaling agile teams across organizations, and capable of identifying and addressing dysfunctional patterns caused by external forces that do not understand the values and principles of Agile or the importance of providing teams with an environment for agility

Preferred:

• Experience in JIRA, Service Now ITBM, SharePoint, and Confluence
• Understanding & application of Agile frameworks Scrum/ Kanban/ SAFe
