Summary
The Bonus and Equity Plan Administrator is responsible for all non-sales bonus operations including system/data maintenance, vendor relationship, calculations and communications with HRM’s and/or employees and managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the quarterly and annual calculation and payment process for all non-sales bonuses.

  • Support the annual compensation review process for the corporate bonus and LTI awards.

  • Administer ad-hoc LTI awards and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

  • Manage relationship with Vendor Stock Plan Administrator

  • Ensure employee bonus and LTI plan information is accurate in Workday.

  • Create and maintain annual plan documents

  • Prepares analysis of variable compensation program performance and results

  • Respond to issues and questions concerning incentive plan design/metric and policies.

  • Ensure consistent employee and plan information in Workday and Stock Administration Vendor. Work with Compensation System Analyst on integrations, reporting and system updates. 

  • Support the ongoing review, evaluation, and modelling of new or updated incentive programs. 

  • Support the Compensation Consultant for Corporate & Supply Chain in training and communications of all Bonus Plans.

  • Support the Director, Compensation in training and communications of the LTI program and ESPP.   

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required 

  • 1-3 years’ experience in HR, Finance, Accounting or related field with experience managing and manipulating data in excel.  Experience in Compensation or Equity Administration preferred.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required; MS Access skills preferred 

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to recognize and maintain confidentiality

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Self-motivated and proactive
