Compensation Analyst II, Sales Incentive Plan Administrator
The Sales Incentive Plan Administrator partners with Field Sales Leadership, Finance and HRM’s to manage and administer all commission payments.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Support the day to day administration of the incentive compensation system for all Commission eligible employees including: Maintaining employee and plan data, Plan set up, Quota and territory changes, Periodic and Quarterly payouts
  • Assist with the distribution of individual Compensation Plans and reporting on Attainment to Target. 
  • Create and maintain annual plan documents
  • Respond to issues and questions concerning incentive plan design/metric and policies.
  • Ensure consistent employee and plan information in Workday and Sales Incentive system. Work with Compensation System Analyst on integrations, reporting and system updates. 
  • Support the ongoing review, evaluation, and modelling of new or updated sales incentive programs. 
  • Support the Compensation Consultant for Field team in training and communications of all Sales Incentives. 
  • Provide reporting and analytics on sales incentive results. 
  • Manage development and distribution of training, presentation, and other materials for compensation program roll-outs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required 
  • 1-3 years’ experience in Sales incentive administration or operations 
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required; MS Access skills preferred 
  • Working knowledge of HRIS and Incentive Compensation Systems
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills 
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or CCP(SALES) designation a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to recognize and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and proactive
