Job Description


This position is responsible for providing superior service by partnering with multiple internal stakeholders to execute pricing requests within established service level agreements. The position customizes pricing at account-level while aligning to overall pricing strategy to provide customers with a seamless experience. Additional duties as assigned to support team members with work load. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

  • Works collaboratively with field teams to review, validate and execute against pricing requests and ensure mutual agreement on any price changes made to a customer.
  • Understands simple and complex pricing policies and procedures, to ensure all information is entered accurately and completely.
  • Present verbal and written pricing recommendations and outcomes to mid-level managers of the organization. Ability to conduct inbound and outbound calls.
  • Acquire data from multiple data sources in order to make effective decisions on individual customers. Should have skills to apply logical analytical thought to address business issues.
  • In the event of a pricing error, troubleshoot system to determine root cause of issue. Work with IT, Data Governance, or Merchandising partners as needed to resolve.
  • Assist Pricing Manager with cleaning pricing data, using established processes to build reporting that will be shared with Operations and Sales leaders.
  • Must be a results-oriented problem-solver, working closely with management to prioritize business and information need.

  • Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Access) required, as well as an ability to learn company systems and tools as needed.


  • Experience with any of the following a plus: Sql, Oracle, Salesforce, ADIS, AS400
  • Auto industry knowledge
  • Experience supporting outside sales teams


  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2 - 3 years of customer service experience
  • Technically savvy, ability to utilize internet and other tools to research of requests
