Responsible for investigations of fraudulent/illegal activities as well as operational audits related to losses caused by employees or customers.  Designs and implements programs to prevent such activities to recover any incurred losses.  Works with local, state and federal authorities with matters related to fraudulent/illegal activities. 

Job Description:

The Asset Protection Process Specialist is a field facing role, primarily focused on the Professional segment of the business across all banners of the organization. This role is responsible for driving Asset Protection programs and initiatives from beginning to end.  The position requires a strong understanding of retail and supply chain processes, project management, and process improvement.  The specialist will work cross functionally to deploy successful process improvements, including Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, and others. This individual will be responsible for regular updates to leadership, in market training and program deployment, store/dc auditing, and other functions.

Certifications / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A) from four-year college or university
  • OR One to two years related experience in retail
  • OR Equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred
  • Wicklander-Zulawski certified
