Job Description

Oversees retail stores operations of a given district to maximize sales and profitability. Defines policies and strategies to drive retail store sales.
Job Duties:

  • Leads and trains the regional store management team; coaches, mentors and motivates to insure company sales and profitability goals are achieved.
  • Communicates changing policies and procedures to the store management team and ensures implementation and compliance with the company’s policy and procedures.
  • Works closely with the store management team and store controller to monitor and protect the company’s assets. Looks for ways to improve the utilization of the company assets.
  • Communicates and manages implementation of the company's sales and marketing programs in the assign region; may include technical training programs, credit card programs, advertising and other sales initiatives.
  • Works with sales management to maintain a consistent sales effort in each

    store location.

  • Recruits, trains and evaluates employees for successful operation of the

    region; identifies high-potential teammates for advancement; works closely

    with human resources management on corrective counseling and disciplinary

  • Promotes the company's culture and sets example consistent with

    company's image.

  • Builds and maintains relationships with key customers in the region; resolves

    serious customer concerns.

  • Oversees activities of market development managers in seeking out new

    acquisition opportunities; meets with owners of potential acquisitions and

    qualifies new store prospects and opportunities; participates new market

    strategy development;
