SUMMARY

The primary purpose of this position is to provide HR administration support to the Customer Support Center Human Resources team and its business partners.  Position will assist in coordinating, facilitating and implementing Human Resources programs, recruiting/staffing, development programs, training, policy compliance, HR core process and HR special projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Data management and integrity of HRIS, Workday, including reporting and analysis
  • Provide business partner support for functional team, including employee relations and engagement
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, reserve and prepare facilities
  • Initiate paperwork for new hires and transfers as well as headcount approval process
  • Administer team member actions in Workday as assigned by HR CSC team
  • Coordinate with Internal Communications and HR COE partners regarding HR communications and events
  • Creation of HR program materials as assigned
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of team building and engagement events within the CSC
  • Lead new hire orientation by owning the content and delivery for all CSC new hires and ensure required paperwork is completed and submitted in timely manner

  • Basic understanding of data analysis with the ability to summarize descriptive statistics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software required

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor Degree in HR or related field. PHR certification preferred

Experience (Minimum needed): 0-3 years HR experience supporting large teams; HR team(s) and/or HR functions or equivalent work experience
