This person will evaluate customer needs and are responsible for selling automotive service products. Successful employees are enthusiastic, knowledgeable, technologically savvy sales professionals. They work to promote the benefits of eProducts to prospective customers through advanced sales techniques.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Evaluate customer needs to find the best fit of Products for their business
• Full-service demonstrations of eProducts for customer evaluations
• Effectively communicate with customers about new product features and eServices
• Establish lasting relationships with customers built upon respect, diligence and care
• Goal oriented problem solving for customer issues
• Perform a high volume of outbound calls for sales calls and follow-ups
• Process customer enrollment forms
• Update prospective customer data, including contact information, product information and demographic information
• Represent the eServices division with integrity and distinguished salesmanship

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years in a sales or call center environment
• Understanding of advanced sales techniques

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.

PREFFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with (or knowledge of) cloud computing and cloud tools
• Troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Automotive industry and product knowledge
• Bilingual; fluent Spanish speaking

This position has no supervisory responsibilities
