Support Field Operations through daily, weekly and period project coordination, status and reporting.  Project Coordinator will keep us organized and on schedule with his/her attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to prioritize.   Must be results-oriented and a problem-solver.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

•Manage small projects as defined. Organize, lead and facilitate project-related meetings, including the creation of agendas and preparation of materials.

•Document activities and develop feedback report to communicate project findings and activities to team and others involved.

•Develop reports and other deliverables as assigned by the Project Manager or Business Lead.

•Initiate and maintain communication with internal Team Members at multiple facilities and external vendors.

•Manage CARS data entry for various projects (conversions, consolidations, new stores, relocations, closing stores, etc.).

•Manage Store Resource and Professional Program Request processes.

•Prepare PowerPoint presentations.

•Schedule conference calls.

•Able to multitask.

•Other duties may be assigned.

•Solid written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate information to: peers, teams, managers, and corporate leadership.

•Proven ability to work on several projects simultaneously and under tight schedules.

•Strong skills in MS office products (Excel, Access, Word, Power Point, Project).

•Ability to use all basic office equipment.

•Project  Management experience


•Two years’ experience in a professional setting and/or relevant internship.

•Project Management experience
