Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Risk Analyst to join our Enterprise Risk team. The Enterprise Risk team's mission is to monitor and report on tops risks tied to organization’s strategy. As a Risk Analyst of the team, you’ll have the opportunity to develop, monitor and report on the risk management issues throughout the organization.


  • Monitor key risk indicators for reporting on an on-going basis.
  • Support execution of robust, enterprise-wide governance and oversight over the different risk assessment processes.
  • Create and maintain relationships with risk owners to further establish risk objectives and culture.
  • Support the Manager and Chief Audit Executive in implementation of strategy to monitor and report risks to concerned stakeholders.
  • Accountable for meeting deadlines, adhering to department and professional standards.
  • Contribute to a business climate and culture that encourages integrity, respect, excellence and innovation.
  • Other duties/special projects based on needs of the business.


  • Self-starter who excels working with little supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of departments and leaders at all levels of the organization.
  • Outstanding writing skills utilizing proper grammar and the ability to document complex processes and concepts clearly.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Good problem solver/creative thinker.
  • Ability to prioritize assignments, deal with interruptions, and meet deadlines in a fast paced and growth oriented environment.
  • Exercise sound judgment when making decisions.
  • Positive attitude, pro-active and resourceful.


  • Minimum 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
