Job Description

The Equity Plan Administrator is responsible for all Long-Term Incentives including program management, audits/reporting, communications, eligibility and system/data maintenance, and the Plan Administrator relationship.  This role is part of the Global Incentives team within Compensation and Benefits. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the ad-hoc, new hire and annual equity award programs.  Improve processes and effectiveness in plan management whenever possible.
  • Manage the Employee Stock Purchase Plan including quarterly enrollment, reporting and auditing.
  • Manage relationship with Stock Plan Administrator.
  • Ensure employee LTI plan and stock grant history is accurate in Workday.
  • Support the annual compensation review process for awarding and allocation of LTI awards.
  • Assist in development, maintenance and communications of LTI plan documents and training material.
  • Prepare analysis of LTI program performance and results.
  • Respond to issues and questions concerning LTI plan policies and processes.  Resolve issues with partners and customers. 
  • Work with Legal Dept, Plan Administrator, and Comp System Analyst to maintain black-out periods, trading windows and clearance for officers and insiders.
  • Partner with Finance and Payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting and compliance. 
  • Work with the Compensation System Analyst on integrations, reporting and updates related to LTI, ESPP and other stock plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required 
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Equity Plan Administration
  • Experience with stock administration platforms
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to recognize and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and proactive
