Job Description

This position is responsible to Lead and drive LEAN and Continuous Improvement program across Advance Auto Parts Supply Chain. The role will support the DC Site GMs/Operations Managers, IEs to drive improvement in all areas of Operations in identifying improvement opportunities that enhance the DC’s performance. Along with driving sustainable productivity improvements across all DCs it will also provide support and counsel to underperforming DCs by deploying to specific facilities with the intent of collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to improve processes or management execution. This Position will direct, plan, and manage distribution projects to ensure that project goals are accomplished within prescribed time frames and budgets.  Education:
