Essential Duties:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all HR related questions from DC supervisors and teammates.
  • Partner with DC Director and supervisors, attend weekly DC management meetings to address employee relations issues, conduct investigations when necessary, review and complete warnings when necessary.
  • Enforces all company policies
  • Partners with Recruiting and temp agency representatives to coordinate temp-to-perm teammate conversion, handles I-9 completion, assists teammates with payroll, time off, and benefit related questions
  • Review and advise on counseling notices for regional Branch Management.
  • Completes special projects and additional duties as assigned.
  • Meet with HRM weekly to discuss Special Projects, FMLA, Workman’s Comp, Etc.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor Degree in HR or related field.
  • Desire to grow in HR field
  • Attention to detail, able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills (verbal, written)
  • Able to communicate with all levels of teammates and managers.
  • 2-5 years HR experience in a generalist capacity.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication Interpersonal Development planning Proficiency in Microsoft Office software required.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear.
